Taking customer service to the next level is a passion for Randy and Kim Bacik, co-founders of NextHome Music City Realty. Their commitment to people over profits is evident and at the heart of every interaction. Their real estate expertise is unparalleled, but their detail-oriented customer experience is what sets them apart.
The Baciks are real estate industry leaders who have proven performance as founders of a highly successful multi-state real estate company. In 1995, the couple started Royal Shell Vacations on Sanibel Island in Florida. To further meet their vacation property customers’ needs, the Baciks added a real estate sales company as a natural transition for a guest to become an owner. Their intensive focus on customer service and client satisfaction led to rapid growth with the help of an award-winning staff. After selling both companies in 2008, they stayed on as consultants to manage and run the Royal Shell companies and oversee the continued growth and expansion managing up to 2,200 properties throughout Southwest Florida, Central Florida and Western North Carolina
After completing their work with the Royal Shell brand, these highly regarded real estate experts fell in love with the area just south of Nashville. As a result, the couple decided to relocate their family to Franklin Tennessee and start their current real estate venture, NextHome Music City Realty, which serves serving home buyers, home sellers and renters in Williamson, Rutherford and Maury counties, including the towns of Franklin/Cool Springs, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Nolensville, Spring Hill and Thompson Station.
In addition to meeting customer needs with an uncommon degree of respect and care, Randy and Kim are passionate about giving back to the communities in which they live and work, and the couple has enjoyed making a positive impact on their neighbors. They are especially passionate about helping new residents or first-time homebuyers to feel at home by providing exceptional, personalized real estate services to the market. Both have been very active in charitable work providing support and services for Make A Wish, Dream Foundation, Harry Chapin Food Bank, local food pantries, the ASPCA and numerous local rescue and adoption centers.
